Himachal Pradesh  literally "snow-laden province") is an Indian state located in North India. Situated in the Western Himalayas, it is bordered by states of Jammu and Kashmir on the north, Punjab on the west, Haryana on the southwest, Uttarakhand on the southeast, and the Tibet Autonomous Region on the east. At its southernmost point, it also touches the state of Uttar Pradesh. The state's name was coined from the SanskritHim means 'snow' and achal means 'land' or 'abode'—by acharyaDiwakar Datt Sharma, one of the state's eminent Sanskrit scholars.

The state is spread across valleys.About 90% of the state's population lives in rural areas...Many perennial rivers flow in the state with numerous hydropower plants producing surplus electricity that is sold to other states, such as DelhiPunjab and West Bengal. Tourism and agriculture are also important constituents of the state's economy.The state has one of the highest per-capita incomes among the Indian states and union territories.

Arrival Delhi - Overnight Delhi 

 Arrive Delhi. Transfer to hotel and check in. If time permits, do some local sightseeing in Delhi. Overnight at Delhi.


Delhi - Local Sightseeing

 Morning tour of Delhi visiting Raj Ghat and Shanti Vana - the cremation sites of Mahatma Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru. Afternoon visit India Gate (War Memorial Arch.), Lakshminarayan Temple - a modern Hindu Temple. Also drive past President's House, Parliament House, Government Secretariat Buildings. Overnight stay in Delhi.


Delhi - Shimla (380 Kms, 9 Hours) 

Morning drive to Shimla-Summer capital of India during British period. On arrival, Shimla Check-in to your Hotel. Rest of the free for Individual activities. Overnight at Shimla.


Shimla: Full day sightseeing  

Today breakfast proceed for in and around sightseeing of SHIMLA, visit KUFRI, India's one of the best holiday paradise Kufri in Shimla is beautifully tucked on an altitude of 2,622 meter. The place is a tourist hotspot for its awesome scenic and sports activities. Evening free to stroll in the famous shopping place of Shimla town - “THE MALL & THE RIDGE” This large open space in the heart of town presents excellent views of the mountain ranges. Shimla's landmarks - the neo- gothic structure of Christ Church and the neo - Tudor library building - are worth seeing. Overnight stay at hotel.


Shimla – Kullu - Manali(280 Kms, 9/10 Hours)
After breakfast leave for Manali, on the way sight-seeing like Sundernagar lake, Pandoh dam, Vaishno Devi Temple, Kullu and overnight stay at hotel in Manali.


Manali - Rohtang Pass – Manali

The day is scheduled for enjoying the sights and experiences at Solang Valley and Rohtang Pass. Solang Valley falls on the way to Rohtang Pass and is around 14 km from Manali. Along with its beautiful scenery, the place also offers adventure opportunities like zorbing and para-gliding. The next visit of the day is to Rohtang Pass, covered with snow all round the year, lying at an elevation 3978 m, it is open from June to October. Enjoy playing with snow here. The day would be filled fun activities and various mesmerizing sights. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.



Manali – Kalka - Delhi

In morning after breakfast Drive to Kalka and then by train arrive Delhi..
